Cey, The Ghost is another up and coming Chicago artist who is making some move for himself. His latest track, CRZY, is a downtempo, somewhat eerie song where Cey manages to tell a somewhat sad story with his verses. CRZY is a single off Cey’s upcoming tape, the LOOK UP!
