Austen Nobles has been one of the most consistent artists I’ve been listening to recently and his latest track Miss Me is another example of his talent. The emotional, downcast vibe the track brings is accentuated by Noble’s catchy vocals and melancholy production. An original adaptation of The Day I Left Womb by Escape The Fate, this track also highlights Noble’s diverse array of musical influences. Check out Miss Me below.

It often takes artists a little while to find their stride but CYT has hit the ground running with a handful of high quality videos and catchy songs. D2X is an artist who’s been on my radar for the past few months thanks to his strong presence on the mic and consistent progress he’s shown every time he drops music. He’s back this time with Might As Well, a hard hitting track that features bumping production from GLOhan Beats and Jon G. who come together to create a brooding landscape for D2X’s forceful flow. GLOhan also makes an appearance as an MC and shows that he can both spit and produce beats with authority. The chemistry between these artists is clear and this energetic song should get everyone excited for D2X’s EP Enjoy Life which is dropping August 10th. After giving the whole project an early listen I can honestly tell you it’s some of the Chicago MC’s best work to date and showcases an eclectic mix of sounds and styles, ranging from jazzy and personal to more aggressive, as exampled on Might As Well. Listen to the single below and definitely be ready to check out the Enjoy Life EP on August 10th.
