Sometimes a visual just jumps out at you. Uni BLK’s video for McFly is one of those visuals as the Chicago MC dons a completely black mask for the entirety of the video while standing atop semi trucks. The song itself matches the vibe the video brings, coming through with a braggadocious feel complete with a confident yet nonchalant flow and simple yet mood setting production. The video for McFly, which is directed by Prime FX Photography and Uni BLK himself, is proof that the Chicago artist knows how to bring a vision to life and execute excellently. Multi-talented and equipped with a strong sense of direction, BLK seems to know what he is doing in all aspects of his artistry. The aesthetic he brings isn’t easy to forget and I have a feeling he’ll be getting more and more recognition thanks to his eye catching style and very solid music.
