When it comes to authentic Chicago sound and vibe, HUEY Gang has been bringing the truth for the past few years. The Law Of Huey shows just what HUEY Gang is all about on his latest tape Law Was Here, a robust 9 track project that highlights Law’s vibrant lyricism over excellent and varied production that bleeds that Chicago sound. Law also does a good job of giving his fellow HUEY Gang members some shine, including features from Mani Jurdan, Stark, and Drty Dan, who all show this group has some serious chemistry. While the whole tape is worth a listen, my personal favorites were probably Fiends, Dough, and King Law. Listen to all of Law Was Here below.
