Jofred- TULPA

Ever since talking with Jofred about his album TULPA I have been excited for it to drop and the wait is finally over. The tape lived up to any expectations I had and is full of polished, professional, atmospheric music that showcases Jofred’s incredible flow and personal yet relatable subject matter. It’s clear that the Chicago MC had a vision for TULPA and he hits the mark with every single song, especially on tracks like YELLOW BOY and PROBLEMS, two of my favorites off the album. Jofred has found his lane and it’s rare for an artist to put together such a clean project that doesn’t stray from the plan, making TULPA one of the most cohesive, thought out albums so far this year.
