SIDMFKID- My Momma Don’t Want Me To Rap (Unfinished & Unmastered)

SIDMFKID has been taking Denver by storm and projects like My Momma Don’t Want Me To Rap are exactly why. Even though it says it’s unfinished & unmastered, the ideas and melodies on this tape are some of the best I’ve heard all summer and it’s dope to see Sid be so consistent with his sound over the past few months. As usual, the production Sid picks for My Momma Don’t Want Me To Rap is all on point, especially the two tracks from Cartier Dreams who has been making a name for himself as well thanks to his repeatedly excellent beats. Sid doesn’t waste a second of the spacey production and comes through with some catchy, personal, R&B inspired sounds that will make you want to sing along even if you don’t know the words yet. This one is a personal project too and Sid opens up about many aspects of his life that have made him the artist he is today. Coming in at only five tracks, every song on this one is worth a listen so check it out below.
